CONSTRUCTIVEWAY C.I.C. (also referred as "The Company", "Constructiveway C.I.C.", "Constructiveway", "we", "us", "The Provider" of this website ConstructiveWay and the owner of the domain constructiveway.org.uk) is committed to protect your rights and comply with either the UK (so also EU), US and international laws, thus we protect the privacy of those with whom we interact. We recognize your rights and the need to protect your data like the personal data (called "Personal Information" explained in a section below).

Constructiveway C.I.C. is a "community interest company" (in short, called C.I.C. and CIC) for the environment, human rights, sustainable development, integration of vulnerable individuals (such as disabled people), research, innovation, and art. Constructiveway is a non-governmental organization (an NGO) that is committed to handling the data fairly, lawfully, therefore, takes the data protection really seriously. 2. WHAT IS "PERSONAL INFORMATION" AND WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES Constructiveway COLLECT

What is Personal Information: For our purposes, "Personal Information" consists of any information that relates to you and/or information from which you can be (directly or indirectly) identified. For example but not a full list, this can be your name (given name, surname, or a combination thereof), photographs, telephone number, address, an online identifier (for example: "cookies", "your local IP address", etc). Personal Information collected by us We don't sell or otherwise disclose your data to 3rd parties without your permission like e.g. when we write a CV for you, however, our services and staff either collect personal information directly from you, via our online services or receive it from third-parties like Google (via Google Analytics).

3. HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

Constructiveway collects information through you when you fill our like form for volunteers or when you query via e-mail. In other ways, we collect information in person, via surveys, and technical information like your IP address via our servers and via cookies. Thereafter, we can collect information from 3rd party providers such as Facebook and Google. Then, we collect information from social media, however, social media data mining is not a topic directly related to our website visitors.

4. REASONS WHY AND HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We may use the Personal Information we collect for the following purposes: For cooperation, to organize on our activities (with volunteers and staff) To analyse and improve the quality of our services To cooperate on our research To maintain details of any accreditations and qualifications To provide updates, information (to you) of your interest, learning, training courses, and other material To provide access (to you) to online and physical services For details of events and sector network information To delivery customer services support To register as a volunteer To hold data about volunteers for CVs (references for future jobs) To maintain and review order histories and invoices For marketing purposes

5. DATA RETENTION

We will only hold your personal information for as long as necessary. However, we will delete all data when it's not needed.

6. TO WHOM DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR INFORMATION?

We will use all ways to protect your data from 3rd parties, however, it is possible that in some cases, e.g. you might require from us to write for you a CV for your future employer and we will need to use your name in research papers if you will work on any. Furthermore, we might disclose your name and contact information between our cooperating members (working with each other together), so we are able to cooperate. We can use your information for an accountant, and some special cases wherein we will ask you for additional permission. Furthermore, it's not impossible that we might be forced by the government body because of an investigation (if something happens).

7. WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SECURE

We are using adequate physical and technical measures to safeguard the Personal Information that we collect. Then, we totally limit any access to your Personal Information.

8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF DATA

While we use Cloudflare (a content delivery network) and our staff is from around the world, the Personal Information that we collect from you may be stored & processed in your own region of your residence, transferred to, stored at or elsewise processed outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"), or in any other country where Constructiveway operates.

9. ACCESSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND OTHER RIGHTS YOU HAVE

Constructiveway collects, stores and processes Personal Information in accordance with your rights under any applicable Data Protection Laws. Under certain circumstances, you have the following rights in relation to your Personal Information:

I. Subject Access - within your rights, this right provides you an option to request details of your Personal Information which we hold. And, you can request copies of such Personal Information. II. Right to Withdraw Consent – in the situation wherein the use of your Personal Information is based upon your consent, you have the full right to withdraw such consent at any time, always. If it will be so, in the event when you will wish to withdraw your consent to the processing, please contact us using our email address. III. Data Portability – in particular circumstances, you may request Constructiveway to transmit your Personal Information to another organization. IV. Rectification – in the case that you seem that any of the Personal Information we do have about you is incorrect or incomplete, please let Constructiveway know about it and our team will rectify or update any incorrect or inaccurate Personal Information about you. V. Erasure (that is better known as "right to be forgotten") - this right gives you the power to have got your Personal Information "erased" (but in particular situations). VI. Restriction of processing – the right to require us to stop with processing your Personal Information (however, it doesn't mean to stop storing Personal Information). VII. Object to processing – that's the right to object to concrete types of processing of your Personal Information. VIII. Prevent automated decision-taking – if you don't wish to be under control of a machine, in some circumstances, the right gives you the option not to be subject to automated decision-making.
